An old Pvt. Ltd. Commercial Interior Contracting company having good turnover Executing commercial interior contracts with Govt., commercial institutes, hospitals, education institutes etc.


Role Description

1.    Assist in the end to end recruitment process.

2.    Preparing letters such as Offer letter, Appointment letters, Relieving, Full and Final Settlement etc.

3.    Should assist in updating and drafting important documents such as Job Descriptions, SOP’s, forms and policies.

4.    Handling biometric and Attendance and Leave Musters.

5.    Need to keep track of leaves/medical leaves/payroll of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it throughout. Providing the same information on monthly basis to the Accounts, HR and Admin Manager of Group Companies for payroll input.

6.    Assist in the interviews process and the joining formalities of new employees.

7.    Maintaining high confidentiality regarding Employee’s personal details and salary details.

8.    Organizing important events of the Organization.

9.    Collect documents from employees as per standard checklist.

10. Make sure the cleanliness of the office and premises on daily basis.

11. Provide administrative support to the Manager in the office and enhancing overall office effectiveness.

12. Provide administrative support include letter drafting, copying and scanning.

13. Maintaining important files and filing of documents.

14. Collect and retrieve information from files as needed.

15. Ensure that contract renewals especially AMC’s are done in a timely manner.

16.Visit various project sites, if required


Qualifications

  • Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Minimum 2 Years experience as a HR Executive
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Graduate in any faculty with MBA (in HR Management)
