Hiring pre-requisites: Work experience: 3-5 years, Digital agency experience preferred Good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and competency in MS Office Role and Responsibilities: Talent Management: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues while fostering a positive work culture. HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with legal requirements and best practices. Change Management: Lead change initiatives and support organizational transitions to ensure smooth operations.. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees. HR Metrics and Analytics: Track HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive HR strategies. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies to mitigate risks. HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR support and guidance to achieve business objectives. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the organization. Assisting the business in strategizing, training, and adapting to create the best product or service. Well versed with Performance Management System Ensuring a smooth and effective Exit process, identifying core reasons and retention conversations Maintaining trackers for accurate data representation.
