As the Manager – Digital Marketing and Communications for South Asia, you will lead and innovate across multiple digital marketing verticals, with a focus on strategic market expansion, creative design, problem-solving, and enhancing digital presence of Deakin South Asia.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing and social media profile with minimum 2 years of managerial experience
  • Master’s degree in marketing or business is preferred


Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience in executing paid social media campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Campaign management
  • Hands-on experience in CRM platforms like LeadSquare, salesforce etc
  • Thorough understanding of performance marketing
  • Experience in content development for print and digital media
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office suite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of digital media and communication strategies to align with organizational goals, involving innovative idea generation, campaign execution, and leveraging the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Deliver on the annual goals of the digital marketing and communications vertical ensuring an year on year increase in performance
  • Work closely with Vertical Heads to enhance visibility and align digital marketing strategies with vertical-specific goals and the creation of vertical-aligned content.
  • Lead comprehensive communication and PR campaigns involving multiple communication channels, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Efficiently manage resources, evaluate team performance, and develop strategies to address performance gaps and maximize productivity.
  • Formulate and implement a lead generation and nurturing strategy, integrating digital channels like SEM and social media to maximize lead quality and conversion.
  • Develop compelling content and manage CRM systems to effectively nurture leads and track engagement through personalized email marketing and automation.
