Architect & Interior Designer

An architect with knowledge and experience in interior design with strong PR skills for a construction firm. Our office is based in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi. Project will be based in Delhi, Uttarakhand and other parts of India. Travel will be required. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. 


Daily Job responsibilites will include :


  • Architecture Drawings (Plans, Elevations, Sectional Elevations)
  • Interior Drawings (Interior Layout Plans, Elevations, Sectional Elevations of all Walls, Wall Cladding Elevations, Toilet Detail Drawings
  • Site Coordination
  • Material Shortlisting and supplier hunting
  • Procurement of designer material
  • Furniture Drawings & Execution Coordination
  • BOQ Preparation
  • Photoshop & Basic 3D Visualization
  • Day to Day Correspondence from Site Supervisor
  • Client Handling & Client Meetings
  • Outstation Visits for Projects as n when required
  • Daily Update of Sites to Senior official on Mail n Verbal
  • Presentation Skills to Client
  • Preparation of Marketing Plans for all Sites
  • Project Pitching
  • Research, shortlisting n incorporation of innovative Materials
  • Coordination with Multiple Consultants for Projects
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
  • Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in construction and architecture
  • Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and 2d & 3D
