Job Description:

As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by securing advertising deals and partnerships for our video production services. You will target potential clients, present our unique value propositions, and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.


Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential advertisers, agencies, and direct clients.

- Present and sell video production services to prospective clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and referrals.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.

- Understand client needs and offer solutions and support by working closely with the production team to ensure client requirements are met.

- Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.

- Provide detailed reports on sales results, market conditions, and account metrics.

- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network with potential clients and enhance industry knowledge.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create advertising campaigns that meet the clients' expectations and budget.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Representative or similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong understanding of the video production industry and digital marketing trends.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
