Designation : Senior. Specialist - Consulting

Skills : Stakeholder Management, Integration/data development projects, Data Analysis ,Agile, ADO dashboard & Scrum

Notice Period : 90 Days Max

JD:

• 5 + Years of strong delivery experience using Agile methodology.

• Should have an experience to manage multiple initiatives at the same time and deliver them on time.

• Hands on experience in leading an Integration/data development projects. Boomi/MDH development projects implementation experience is preferred.

• Strong in managing dynamic projects with frequent changes to the scope, schedule, and cost.

• Managing the communication, change management, incremental roll out.

• Hands-on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs.

• Effective communication, Action-orientation, and follow-through Facilitation.

• Good hands-on experience with estimating and planning techniques.

• Certified in any agile project methodology, SAFE methodology preferred.

• Effective in Removing impediments.

• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (for example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective interaction for gathering requirement, system analysis and technical/functional specifications.

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to forge consensus among competing constituents on critical and time sensitive issues.

• Strong experience on putting up the communication plan, change management, incremental delivery and roll out globally.

• Experience on big transforming programs like mainframe retirement, cloud transformation is plus.

  • Certification: PMP, Safe is preferred
