Manas Resort, Igatpuri is a luxurious resort located in Igatpuri. Since 1991, we have been known for our 70 luxurious rooms, 3 conference halls, and a wedding venue. Our resort is spread over 30000 sq. meters of property with a beautifully landscaped garden surrounded by valleys and mountains. We also have an in-house spa offering wellness programs and a petting zoo with a 15000 sq. ft. off-leash park for pets. We warmly welcome pets at our resort.
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Manas Resort, Igatpuri. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the resort. This includes overseeing all departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing budgets and finances, coordinating events and functions, and maintaining the overall quality and standards of the resort.
- Experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort setting
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
