Does your typical workday look like this? If yes, we need you to join us and help expand our team.


  • Carry out the morning standup with your squad of developers, testers and product managers.
  • Align on dependencies and prepare the day's action plan to unblock your team members.
  • Update team’s priorities on Jira board and publish for the day/week to keep team’s expectations aligned.
  • Stay on top of your communication to keep stakeholders updated of key metrics, updates and any deviations.
  • Keep a tab on your release train to onload and offload items based on priority of features and production issues.
  • Participate in code reviews on git commits and align teams on conflict resolution.
  • Ensure weekly unit tested stories are parked under staging for flag based releases.
  • Prepare weekly application architecture review decks with uptime and rpm health stats.
  • Keep building on your own checklist of architectural enhancements & contribute to the engineering roadmap.
  • Participate in the weekly product requirement cadence to ensure functional traceability matrix is updated and risks are flagged.
  • Reach out to business users to understand the usability of developed applications and suggest enhancements to simplify the journey.
  • Participate in project resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Spend some time on market research on the latest stack and competition.

PS - At your seniority, you would have become stack agnostic by now - cause we are a multi-stack team with all arms and ammunitions to run a microservice ecosystem :)
