Purpose of the Role: As a Brand Manager for Gritzo Kid Nutrition, you will be instrumental in establishing a formidable brand portfolio from the ground up. Your primary responsibility is to leverage deep insights and industry trends to craft a compelling brand positioning. From ideation to execution, you will own the end-to-end consumer interaction, creating impactful communication and content. We are seeking a digital-first thinker who excels in core product development, possesses a profound understanding of consumer needs, and can translate these insights into actionable strategies. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG category, particularly in digital-first brands. A collaborative team player, you should be adept at working with internal teams and external partners, including brand and digital agencies. Your expertise in positioning, consumer insights, packaging design, and digital communication will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: Brand Positioning : Develop impactful ideas and translate them into end-to-end communication, design language, and online brand properties. Product Strategy and NPD : Drive the product strategy, conceptualize, and lead the journey from ideation to commercialization for new products. Digital Strategy : Create a comprehensive digital strategy across channels, leading the consumer acquisition process. Own social media assets and design engagement strategies. Consumer Journey : Run design prototypes on various digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive consumer journey across touchpoints for 2-3x growth in consumer acquisition. Collaboration : Work closely with channel and online teams to drive brand growth and deliver on the annual business plan.
