Position: HR & Admin Manager Base Location: Bhubaneswar Salary: 40,000-50,000 p.m. ( Negotiable) Qualification: Post Graduation in Human Resources Management/ relevant course from a reputed institute Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience in HRM. Company Description SOciety for CHildren (SOCH) is a non-profit organization registered under Society Act XXI of 1860 with the Registration No-23515/51 at IGR Cuttack, Odisha. It was established in July 2012 and is currently operational in three locations: Bhubaneswar, Khurdha Road, and Paradeep. The organization has four projects, including RAKSHYAK (Child Rescue and Resettlement Project), PUNARJIVAN (Behavior Modification Camp of Hard Behavior, Addicted Children), PANKH (Mainstreaming of Youths having orphan or semi-orphan background), and CCCD (Child Centered Community Development). SOCH works on the prevention of child rights at the community level, rescuing children from exploitation and providing rehabilitation through experiential learning and care. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at SOciety for CHildren (SOCH) in Bhubaneswar. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation. The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and provide guidance and support to staff and management on HR-related matters. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Attention to detail and accuracy Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
