Job Summary:

The IT Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals. Working closely with the sales team, the Sales Representative will promote our products and services, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.


Responsibilities:


Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

Present and demonstrate our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers, negotiating terms and closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue quotas.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively in the market.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM systems and sales tools.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; technical background or degree in Computer Science is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or Account Executive in the IT industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of IT products and services, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud computing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach and a focus on building long-term relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
