Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in selling Calsoft’s IoT services to global manufacturing companies and IoT platform providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the IoT services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
•
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with global manufacturing companies and IoT platform providers.
•
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
•
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Calsoft’s IoT services through proposals and presentations.
•
Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and territory.
Requirements:
•
Minimum of 16 years of sales experience, with at least 4-6 years focused on IoT services.
•
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
•
Strong understanding of Calsoft’s IoT services and solutions, including Sensor Communication, Device Management, Edge and Gateway Development, and IoT Data Analytics.
•
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
•
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
•
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•
B.E./B. Tech. degree or equivalent.
