Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to our business units, providing guidance and support on various HR initiatives including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

1. Employee Relations:

- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.

- Work closely with management to address employee performance issues, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

2. Performance Management:

- Support managers in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

- Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.

- Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth, and assist in the implementation of training programs.

3. Organizational Development:

- Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.

- Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as change management efforts, team building activities, and leadership development programs.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

4. HR Compliance:

- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure consistent application across the organization. Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
