Roles and Responsibilities This role is Head – Fuel System, Turbocharger, Transmission component segment for SFS Group India and is a very key role contributing to the business growth. Responsible for ensuring the New Business Development for the handled segment – FS,TR,TC – critical precision machined components The role is responsible for entire segment and this role entails handling of all the major global customers. This is a leadership role and there would be a small team directly reporting to this role. The role handles domestic as well as export business. Person in this role must demonstrate leadership traits and is supposed to work across the functions and departments within the company (SFS) to ensure customer requirements are appropriately addressed. Principal duties To achieve top line for the segment in line with the Organization budget. To achieve DSO target, monitor receivables for the segment. Manage customer contracts, commercial activities and price settlements. Drive the New Business Acquisition and focus on the Future business growth for the segment. RFQ Management and ensure on the Conversion ratio for business acquisition. Drive and lead Order Management for the segment with the help of reporting team Mapping of competition, their activities and formulating appropriate strategies relevant for the segment Coordinate and work with cross functional team, Program Management team to drive customer projects and requirements. Work on the Annual Budget for segment and lead all the key strategic activities for the segment. Education - BE Mechanical Experience - 15 to 20 years. Candidate with experience in automotive industry is preferred. Location - Pirangut, Pune
