Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive the promotion of our products and services through effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing performance campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant online channels, strategies, and analytics tools. This role involves      creating and optimising national and international ad campaigns, analyse campaign performance, and implementing strategies to maximise ROI.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.     Advertising Campaign Management; Plan, create, and manage digital performance campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.

2.     Campaign / Media Optimisation: Conduct research and implement strategies to optimise ad campaigns and improve visibility in various platforms.

3.     A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting parameters, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies for driving registrations and conversions.

4.     Budget Management: Monitor advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives within budget constraints.

5.     Analytics and Reporting: Setup & use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Face- book Insights, and others to track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and generate actionable insights for optimisation.

6.     Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates throughout the customer journey, from click to sales, and implement strategies to enhance Conversion / CAC efficiency.

8.      Adaptive Strategy Development: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximise results.

9.      Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives and messaging.

 

Requirements:

 

1.     Experience : 5 to 7 years of proven experience in digital media campaign management and optimisation. Experience in a similar role in ecommerce industry is a plus.

2.     Ad Platform Proficiency: Expertise in managing ads on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.

3.      Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.

4.      Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

5.     Strategic Thinking: Strategic mind-set with the ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
