This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter. We are looking for a high-energy individual who can juggle managing their own tasks and the entire team. Leadership is a must-have for this role as you will be managing and guiding a entire domestic recruiting team. developing an in-house, full cycle recruiting experience. ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. of 10+ years leading a team of high-volume recruiters. person will be directly responsible for supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle for positions across the business. and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team. Evaluating the performance of the recruitment team. the organization, you will be reporting directly to the management, therefore we expect the highest level of professionalism possible. We have a weekly reporting meeting, which you will be leading. a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should be able to empathize with the hiring process as well as deliver on key metrics that have been given to you. have fluency in English (written and verbal) track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the Management. all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurate. holding leadership roles in a combination of corporate and staffing environments. effectively hiring and motivating talent. talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) driving results in a high-growth company environment. communication, time management and negotiation skills understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment. relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
