Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Neemrana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development and implementation, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
