Head - R&D (Agrochemical)

<p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:-</strong></p><ul><li>Research the Feasibility and Viability of the Product (Technical & Formulation).</li><li>Conceptualizing and developing ideas and techniques.</li><li>Supervising and executing a portfolio of new product development projects.</li><li>Interpretation and correlation of analytical results and experimental output.</li><li>Independently working for development and troubleshooting of chemical processes.</li><li>Identification and characterization of unknown chemical structure using modern techniques.</li><li>Investigate effects of alternative practices on soil and crop productivity.</li><li>Managing and administering a technical team.</li><li>Taking a lead role in brainstorming and innovation programs.</li><li>Taking a lead role regarding scientific and technical questions.</li><li>Develop R&D team.</li><li>To identify best product / practices in different countries.</li><li>To Manage regulatory Affairs, Testing & Registration.</li><li>Reporting key conclusions, strategic overviews and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Training of the New Products / Enhancements to the Sales Marketing / Channel Partners.</li><li>Providing technical support within and outside organization for activities related to scale up and optimization.</li><li>Report preparation for presentation and regular updates.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Must be Ph.D in Chemistry in education.</li><li>Minimum 12 to 20 years of experience in the Research & Development / New Product Development field in Agro Chemical Industry only.</li><li>Ideal Candidate must have Team Handling experience.</li><li>Practical experience of working in chemistry process is additional advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of various chemistry Chromatography and spectroscopic techniques will get additional advantage.</li></ul>
