Test Analyst

Location for this position would be basis business requirements in place.

Qualifications

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Skillsets that are must to have for the role

• Experience in Data warehouse testing Skills in creating Test Strategy, Test scenarios and Test cases with hands on technical knowledge.
• Tools – Informatica, Ab initio, Data stage (anyone).
• Hands on experience in SQL (simple/complex)
• Very good understanding of the Software Test life cycle activities through practice in multiple Projects.
• Develop test plan, prepare effort estimation and schedule for project execution
• Prepare test cases, review test case result and anchor defects prevention activities
• Interface with customers for issue resolution
• Ensure effective test execution by reviewing knowledge management activities
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Nice to have

• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology,
• Knowledge on Test Automation, Python and Cloud Technology ( AWS etc)
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.
• Excellent communication & customer interfacing skills
• Take end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a Project.
• Participate and ensure proposal, estimation and scope for a project is completed. Schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status.
• Manage project risks; ensure successful delivery and implementation.
• Build the project team. Take complete ownership of people and their performance management in the project.
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
