Position : Strategic Market Development Executive-Software Job Location : Hinjewadi Phase III, Pune Experience : 1-5 Years Qualification : B.E (Any) + MBA (Preferred) Required Skills & Experience:- Should have minimum relevant experience of 1+ Years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales or equivalent. Should have experience in IT / Software industry. Should have experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis & Prospect Identification. Should have knowledge about Digital Transformation of Engineering Industry. Familiarity with Outsourcing / Off-shoring business model. Should be willing to work in Pune. Should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen and attention to detail. Should be flexible with working hours, to support global business. Work Experience on international projects will be added advantage. Responsibilities:- Perform Market Research, Competitor/Industry Benchmarking and identifying growth sectors. Analyze data, create insightful reports, and prepare presentations for Senior Management. Understand Neilsoft Software Offerings in relation to the Digital Transformation needs of Engineering Industry to identify opportunities for business development. Identify & develop new markets and prospective clients for Neilsoft Software offerings. Work closely with senior sales professionals to provide necessary support through various stages of sales cycle and help close deals. Prepare end to end detailed flow diagrams for To-Be business process as part of solutioning. Work closely with Senior Management and concerned stakeholders in implementing various best practices & improvement measures translating to higher levels of customer satisfaction & overall growth of the company.
