Together with further localization, Hitachi aims to contribute to developing a sustainable society in India as well as contributing to the country's economic growth.Job Roles & Responsibilities:Global Project Management (Need to Manage Global Projects in coordination with Multiple Hitachi Region, ensure end to end project delivery with support of Global vendors and other staeholders).IT Service Operation management (Offshore IT Operation, data center Server Operation, Regular Patch management, AD Operation, Azure Cloud operation).Service Design, Service Development (Design of Global Asset management Infra, Endpoint Security sevice design and development) IT Service Transition management (Check As Is Infra, confirm the SOPs, Fit and Gap of process documents, Service Transition with vendor)'Vendor Management, Servicedesk management (vendor evaluation, vendor quality control, SLA management, CSAT check, SLM review, Service desk process and SLA control).Qualification: BE/Btech Computer science Experience: 5-6 Years
