Job Description - Marketing Manager - Digital Transformation (Global) Experience : 15+ Years Location : Hyderabad (onsite) Type : Fulltime Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or professional services industry. SID Global is seeking a seasoned and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead our global marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that strengthens our brand identity, generates qualified leads across all regions, and drives market share growth in India, the MEA, USA, and ASEAN. Responsibilities: Develop a data-driven global marketing strategy aligned with SID Global's overall business objectives, focusing on brand building, lead generation, and professional services and product marketing . Conduct in-depth market research for each region (India, Middle East, US, ASEAN) to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and develop buyer personas. Lead the development and execution of a cohesive global brand strategy that resonates with regional audiences, considering cultural nuances and potentially involving 3rd party service providers for specific regional marketing initiatives. Create compelling content (website copy, blog posts, case studies, etc.) that showcases SID Global's expertise, highlights our professional services and product offerings , and drives qualified leads (MQLs) across all regions. Manage and oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR) across all regions, in collaboration with a global marketing agency and potentially utilizing vendor MDF funds for specific campaigns. Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (brand awareness, lead generation) through robust analytics and reporting, and make adjustments as needed to optimize MQLs leading to sales pipeline generation . Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content (white papers, industry reports, etc.) that establishes SID Global as a thought leader and authority within the digital transformation space. Spearhead the execution of both mass lead generation campaigns and targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to reach a wider audience and high-value accounts, respectively. Manage a thin internal marketing team and collaborate effectively with the marketing agency and potentially other 3rd party service providers to ensure seamless campaign execution. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend their implementation to optimize campaigns for brand building, lead generation, and conversion of MQLs to sales pipeline . Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, including potential allocations for vendor MDF funds and event execution . Plan and conduct events to showcase SID Global's expertise and generate leads. Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or professional services industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads (MQLs). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.) and their application for regional marketing. Extensive experience working with and managing external marketing agencies and potentially other 3rd party service providers . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English; additional language skills a plus. Bonus Points: Experience in the digital transformation space. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms. Strong project management skills.
