Oracle Analyst (BOM and WIP)

Responsibilities: Provide 24/5 support for Oracle EBS manufacturing modules, including on-call support for critical incidents. Translate business requirements into system capability needs and collaborate with domain consultants to ensure effective solutioning. Act as a trusted functional analyst for all project activities related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing and third-party system integrations. Collaborate with auditors for SOX controls, ensuring compliance and providing supporting evidence. Ensure quality solution development and deployment, aligning with customer stakeholders' criteria. Drive adoption and performance measures with customer stakeholders, working closely with technical developers. Serve as a point of escalation for project issues, identifying roadblocks, and communicating status to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration. 7-9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) Manufacturing or similar platforms. Experience in process flows, architecture diagrams, and data modeling. Extensive experience in "Forecast to Build," "Pick to Order," "Assemble to Order" processes. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.X system and data integration architecture. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation. Experience supporting internal audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements. Proficiency in Oracle Inventory, BOM, WIP , Costing, Quality, and MSCA modules. Experience with Oracle Order Management, ASCP, and Kinaxis Rapid Planning is a plus. Minimum two E2E system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
