Job Title: General Manager, Process Excellence (Master Black Belt) Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: As the General Manager of Business Excellence (Six Sigma) for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Six Sigma methodologies, and ensuring operational excellence across various business processes. You will play a key role in optimizing efficiency, enhancing quality, and delivering superior customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Excellence strategy aligned with the overall business goals. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Six Sigma Implementation: Lead the deployment of Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies, defects, and variations. Drive DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to improve operational processes. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on the effectiveness of process improvements. Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to understand business processes, identify pain points, and develop improvement plans. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful implementation of process enhancements. Quality Assurance: Oversee the development and maintenance of robust quality assurance processes. Implement best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Customer Satisfaction: Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction by improving service delivery processes. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights gained. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Certified Master Black Belt is mandatory requirement. Proven experience in leading Six Sigma initiatives within the BPO industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in change management and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
