As an IT Recruiter specializing in contract staffing, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals on temporary assignments with our clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions. Responsibilities: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top IT talent for contract positions. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for contract opportunities. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Negotiate contract terms and compensation packages with candidates, following company guidelines and client requirements. Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process, including regular communication, feedback, and support. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and requirements, and prioritize recruiting efforts accordingly. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT staffing to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on contract staffing. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in contract positions. Strong understanding of IT technologies, skills, and job roles, particularly in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, and project management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.
