Key Responsibility –

Delivering massive growth in views, followers and engagement for Deepak Bajaj’s social media accounts and the social media accounts of our digital marketing agency.

Job Description –

• Conceptualizing new innovative campaigns and strategy for massive growth on our different social media platforms. Constantly surprising us and our followers with your results.
• Research and create eye-catching content that gets people talking and following us. Stay on top of current trends and tailor content for each platform.
• Researching for best content and coming up with unique social media campaigns that go viral and have everyone buzzing about our brand. This could involve contests, giveaways, influencer collaborations, or even entirely new formats!
• Posting on different social media platforms as per timings and schedule
• Analyzing data, making plans and implementing strategies for massive growth on different platforms. Continuous performance is the key objective.
• Turn our social media awesomeness into leads and grow our business. This could involve driving traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness and generating sales leads.
• Engage with our followers and respond to comments and messages promptly. Build a strong online community around our brand.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and understanding the latest social media trends and tools.
• Work side-by-side with our graphic designers and video editors to make your ideas come to life. Provide clear direction and collaborate effectively to ensure a cohesive brand voice.

Skills & Education Requirements –

• Graduation
• Excellent English & Hindi communication both written and oral
• Min 2 years of relevant work experience
• Hands on experience of managing different social media accounts with proven track record of delivering big growth
• In-depth Understanding of Social Media Trends, Algorithms and people psychology
• Basic knowledge of lead generation, brand building, sales funnels and marketing using Social Media
• Passion for social media community building and brand building
• Ability to work with multiple teams
