Job Description Position: Business Development Executive Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh Experience: Up to 4 years Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis to develop strategies for business growth. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients, outlining the benefits of our products or services and addressing their specific needs. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives, including setting sales goals and action plans to penetrate new markets. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels. Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve our products and services, and relay this information to the appropriate teams for action. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the software industry and understanding of software products/services is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Must be located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, or willing to relocate.
