Responsibilities -
- Minimum BE/ B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent.
- The resource should possess minimum 8 years of experience in project management out of which of 5 years as scrum master and should have delivered projects based on scrum/agile methodologies (minimum 1 project)
- The resource should have experience in using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- The resource should have experience in managing and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- The resource should have experience of working with the relevant tool(s) such as Jira and Agile etc
- The resource should have relevant certifications in Agile methodology / scrum.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
