We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems. KRA: We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of learning initiatives as per the business' and organization's priorities. This person will develop and implement effective Training and Development strategies. Responsible for all L&D related activities and processes Coordinate with teams and managers to identify training needs, prepare training calendars, and execute the same. Initiate and maintain regular interaction with all employees to ensure effective implementation of all training programs Responsible for managing the L&D dashboard and will conduct regular audits to assess processes, mentor and coach teams on the Learning Management System. Through effective project management skills must be able to build, scale and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and performance of the training system. Ensure actionable evaluation of training sessions and maintain proper documentation. Derive insights from historical and current training related data and get actionable points from it. Collaborate with other teams in HR if needed for core HR functions like employee engagement, campus hiring, employer branding, corporate communications etc. Qualifications and Requirements: Atleast 5-6 years of work experience in the areas of talent and leadership development, organization development, and training and training design Must have Masters in Human Resources (Bachelors in life sciences preferred) Should have excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written. Should be energetic, proactive & an out of the box thinker. Must have great interpersonal skills and be willing to have regular interactions with all employees. Must display innovative and collaborative behavior and must be a team player Must have excellent problem-solving skills and must be able to advise on competency requirements and identify skill gaps and opportunities and device and implement methodologies for improvement. Should be inclined and ready to work in a start-up culture
