We are seeking a talented Storyteller to join our team as a key contributor to our LinkedIn content strategy. As a Storyteller specializing in content creation for business coaching, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that showcase the expertise, successes, and insights of our business coaching services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop Compelling Stories: Create engaging and authentic narratives that highlight the value proposition of our business coaching services, showcasing real-world examples of client success stories, challenges overcome, and lessons learned.


  • Tailor Content for LinkedIn: Adapt storytelling techniques to effectively communicate our brand message and key coaching principles on the LinkedIn platform, leveraging various content formats such as articles, posts, videos, and infographics. Add client testimonials to incorporate into storytelling content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.


  • Drive Engagement and Awareness: Strategically plan and execute LinkedIn content campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and foster engagement within our target audience of professionals and entrepreneurs.


  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track the performance of LinkedIn content using analytics tools, and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement metrics, and drive business results.


  • Stay Abreast of Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in storytelling, content marketing, and LinkedIn platform dynamics, and incorporate these insights into our content strategy.


Requirements :


  • Proven experience as a storyteller, content creator, or digital marketer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging narratives for professional audiences.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.


  • Passion for business coaching and helping others succeed, with a deep understanding of coaching principles, strategies, and methodologies.


  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn platform features, algorithms, and content best practices.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or Journalism, Business, or related field preferred.
