Role Description

The Technical Recruiter role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and communication with candidates and hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will identify and engage top talent in the industry and build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.


Job Summary

  •  Sourcing and Recruiting Candidates: Responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates for job vacancies. This includes online job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals and other recruitment methods to attract and screen potential candidates.
  •  Conducting technical Interviews: Screening potential candidates to assess their suitability for the job which includes evaluating their skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors also experience in taking technical interviews
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates.
  • Managing the Recruitment Process: Manage end to end recruitment process effectively and efficiently. Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Job Adds, Screening Resumes, Scheduling Interviews, and Placing an Offer.
  •  Building Relationships: Build relationships with potential candidates, managers, and other stakeholders to promote the organization as an attractive place to work.
  •  Maintaining Candidates Database: Maintain database of potential candidates, keeping track of their resumes, qualifications, and other relevant information. Ensure that the organization has a pool of suitable candidates to choose from for future requirements.


Job Requirements

  •  Having qualification in B.Tech
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Experience in taking technical interview.
  •  Hands on experience on Naukri, LinkedIn, and various online job portals.
  • Strong network among candidates, recruiters, and consultants.
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  •  Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System and other Recruitment Software.
