Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves a unique blend of responsibilities, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition, comprising 65 to 70% of the key result areas (KRAs). Additionally, the position requires involvement in HR operations, people culture, and engagement activities to contribute to the overall organizational effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:



1. Talent Acquisition (65-70% of KRA):


Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.


Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.


Collaborate with business leaders to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.


Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.


Lead and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.



2. HR Operations:


Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.


Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure data accuracy.


Administer HR processes such as performance management, employee relations, and benefits administration.


Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures in the region.



3. People Culture and Engagement:


Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement.


Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs.


Address employee concerns and grievances, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.



Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Proven experience in talent acquisition with a focus on hiring for diverse roles.


Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.


Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
