Power App Trainer

Job Title: Power App Trainer Location : Mohali Working Hours : 2-3 Hours Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Power App Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on Microsoft Power Apps. They will possess a deep understanding of Power Apps and its capabilities, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to learners of varying skill levels. Responsibilities: Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises, tailored to different audience levels and learning styles. Deliver engaging and informative training sessions on Power Apps, both in-person and virtually, to individuals and groups. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to users as they learn to create and customize apps using Power Apps. Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in Power Apps and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions. Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and materials. Assist in identifying training needs within the organization and recommend appropriate solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Offer ongoing support and guidance to learners as they apply their knowledge of Power Apps in real-world scenarios. Keep accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, including experience creating canvas and model-driven apps. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively. Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for learning and helping others succeed. Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) preferred. Previous experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
