We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in defining and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth objectives. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including LinkedIn job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Define Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments in collaboration with department heads. Conduct performance assessments and provide feedback to employees. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Continuously review and improve HR processes and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, including LinkedIn job posting and candidate sourcing. Experience in defining KRAs and KPIs for different departments. Ability to conduct performance assessments and provide constructive feedback. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Preferred Skills Experience in a fast-paced [industry/sector]. Previous experience in conducting performance assessments and defining targets for employees. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
