Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for automation products and services in B2C, B2B and B2CH segments. 2. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the automation sector. 3. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, and channel partners, to generate leads and drive sales. 4. Lead Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure, utilizing Ankur Lighting's CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. 5. Proposal Generation: Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to clients, addressing their specific automation needs. 6. Networking: Leverage existing networks and cultivate new contacts within the automation industry to expand Ankur Lighting's market reach. 7. After Sales Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and issues post-sales. 8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts for reporting purposes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven track record of at least 2/3 years in sales roles, preferably in the automation industry. - Strong understanding of automation technologies and systems integration. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
