As a Solution Architect - Salesforce CPQ & Billing, you will:
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce and CPQ best practices.
• Define business goals, strategic roadmaps for IT implementation.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate existing processes, pain points, and future needs, proposing how Salesforce/CPQ can address those gaps.
• Lead and assist in solution design, architecture, proof-of-concepts, process flows, configuration, and deployment for ongoing and new projects.
• Create adaptable and scalable solutions that meet immediate business needs while ensuring long-term success for clients.
• Work with Salesforce, client, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Skills Required :
· Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on Revenue cloud (Salesforce CPQ and Billing).
· Considerable experience in Solution Architecture, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce with CPQ billing.
· Proficiency in LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura framework, and Salesforce Flows for development purposes.
· Hands-on experience in implementing/supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Billing, and Communities.
· Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning security and performance features.
· Certification in Salesforce CPQ and Billing is preferred.
