Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, contests, and collaborations, from conception to post-campaign analysis. 5. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, using social media analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize content and campaign strategies continuously. 6. Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Experiment with new features and formats to keep our brand at the forefront of social media innovation. 7. Partnership and Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences. 8. Collaborate: Manage smooth workflow between various agencies, Graphic team, photographer and creators Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's/PG degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the beauty, fragrance, or D2C industry.
