​Role: Senior SharePoint Developer / Architect

Location: Pune, India (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full time and Permanent

Essential Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Application, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience as SharePoint Developer
• Experience in SharePoint On-Premise 2013/2016/2019 & SharePoint Online
• SPFx Development, PowerShell using SharePoint & PnP Modules
• SharePoint Designer workflows & Power Automate
• Hands on experience in Configuring Hub sites
• Able to create site templates and site designs for modern sites and customize the site master pages & page layouts
• Hands-on experience in implementing various SharePoint web parts, taxonomy metadata management, features, content types, document libraries and lists
• Maintaining large lists and customized list forms/pages using jQuery
• Setup page components using REST API, SOAP and CSR
• Robust knowledge in JavaScript, jQuery, React, JSOM, CSOM, PowerShell, Sharegate PowerShell script
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, XML, REST, SOAP Web Services
• Knowledge in ShareGate migrations
• Good academic background, Good written and spoken communication skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment. Ability to adapt to change and respond quickly
• Good problem -solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Developing custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
• Integrating SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems.
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.
• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborating with other developers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Experience in architecting enterprise grade SharePoint implementations
• Excellent knowledge of understanding organization structures and business operations and accordingly designing a SharePoint implementation
• Strong experience in design and use of OOTB features, Taxonomies, Content Hubs, Content Syndication, Content Types and related topics
• Experience on SharePoint Online
• Experience with Document Management Portals as well as Intranet.
• Ensure security by design to uphold building automated testing into the build and release pipelines
• Creation of re-usable design patterns, and guard rails for citizen developers
• Identify, analyse, and develop points of integration with other solutions to enable better use of data
• Develop integrations using APIs to improve ETL pipeline mechanism
• Work closely with the business and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
