If it sounds like you belong here, we should meet!Role Product Designer IReporting toDelivery Manager: DesignPERSONALITY: The candidate Must be creative.Collaborative and motivated without ego.Curious by nature; interested in all facets of creating digital products.Effective at communicating and rationalizing your ideas.Social portfolio of your work FOCUS: Wire framing and prototyping to define and validate feature concepts.Extending and refining an existing design language.Working with engineering to implement designs. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVE): 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces.Expert proficiency in tools including Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Experience creating user flow prototypes.Experience preparing assets for development.Attention to detail and solid visual design skills.Good written and verbal communication skills. NICE-TO-HAVE: Facilitation and organization of usability testing.Motion design, animation, and video editing experience.
