Work closely with other engineers to turn initial ideas into practical designs that meet safety and quality standards. Improve designs to make sure they move smoothly, with minimal noise and vibration, and fit well within the car. Test designs using real parts to make sure they work as expected and make any necessary adjustments. Help and guide junior engineers and team members in designing mechanisms and using CATIA effectively. Look for ways to make our design process more efficient and effective, updating tools and methods as needed. Collaborate with suppliers and partners to incorporate their components into our designs, ensuring everything works together smoothly. Assist in solving any issues related to how parts move during the development and production of vehicles, finding solutions to problems as they arise. Stay informed about new technologies and trends in CAD/CAM/CAE to find opportunities for improving our designs and processes. Able to generate master section for air vents.
