Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with the Training team to deliver training and development programs for employees and managers
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources 10+ years of experience in a similar HRBP or HR generalist role, in BFSI industry Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
