The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering employee engagement and retention, and promoting a positive organizational culture. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a focus on driving performance, managing change, and resolving employee retention issues

Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee development, and talent retention strategies. Analyse HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with the Training team to deliver training and development programs for employees and managers

Qualifications

Master's degree in Human Resources 10+ years of experience in a similar HRBP or HR generalist role, in BFSI industry Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive business results through effective HR strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
