Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Global Payroll Projects Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within the timelines Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior leadership Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders Time management and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple projects Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Drive weekly/Monthly project status governance with the internal stakeholders and the clients. What do we need? Should have min 4 + years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Should be comfortable working in differential shifts. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its equivalent Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
