We, at Colgate, take immense pride in our brand which fuels our workplace to encourage innovative thinking, champion experimentation, promote authenticity and thus contribute to our enduring success.   If you want to work for a company that lives by their values, then give your career a reason to smile...every single day !   Job Summary :    This position will support the Brand Management team in terms of Project Management and Executional Excellence for all brand activations & campaigns   Main Responsibilities :   Project management for all brand activations & campaign like: New product launches & campaigns, events, All POP (design & execution), articles (gift hampers, merchandize), Vendor Management, GTM (POS display material, connectivity tracking and ops), New pack coordination (pack design changes, sharing packshots & listing with sales teams, Ecom packs), Maintain Pricing Tracker & changes, Legal approval tracking, Claims Approval tracking, Language Translations checks, coordination for influencer campaigns.  Data tracking & reporting —GTM Tracking, Monthly reporting formats (collating & maintaining tracker for Internal Sales, Nielsen, DT/Ecom offtake reports), Other data requests (for review decks etc), Influencer campaign data reporting. Liaising with internal stakeholders across functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Packaging, Planning, Sourcing, Design, Plant, Legal, Consumer Marketing & Retail Marketing teams to implement changes across Brand SKUs Track timelines for multiple projects with respective stakeholders, raise flags and lead corrective actions if needed Holding & Leading Weekly Cross Functional meetings to track timelines on project and suggesting solutions if necessary to execute on time.   Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc) :    Good written and oral communication skills, Proficient in English & Hindi.
