Job Title: IT Recruiter Job Description: Are you passionate about finding the right talent for the right job? We're seeking an IT Recruiter with at least one year of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process from start to finish. Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide regular updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Requirements: Minimum of one year experience in IT recruitment, preferably with experience in calling and lining up candidates. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
