Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years

Role and Responsibilities

• the Design changes, part obsolescence projects
• outs Trouble shooting and Root cause analysis
• the Gap analysis and creates the documents to address the same.
• develops, debugs, modifies, and tests electrical circuits and systems by using current tools, analysis techniques, and technologies.
• electrical development by writing documents, reports, memos, change requests. Methods used are determined by approved procedures and standards.
• and Develop Test protocol and reports for EMI/EMC, safety compliance tests.
• in creating and analyzing HW circuit designs consisting of Analog, Digital, Mixed Signal, High speed, High current applications.
• experience on Analog and digital electronic design like DC-DC power supply, sensors interfaces, Microcontrollers, Motors etc.
• in communication protocols like CAN, RS485, RS232, Ethernet, USB, I2C, SPI, UART
• have strong analytical skills for assessing the design changes, change impact on device functionality.
• be able to plan, prepare and execute test plans, protocols and test report for design verification testing required for design changes including EMI/EMC and product safety.
• in managing the BOM for existing and new products.
• of designing/testing medical devices for various standards such as 60601-1, 1-2 etc.
• about the Signal integrity and Power integrity - shall be able to guide for PCB Layout engineer and review the layout designs for design correctness, DFM, DFT and product reliability.
• to various design documentation
