Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Manager-Billing, Real Estate at Assotech Limited, located in Bhubaneswar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Contractor billing, Sub Contractor Billing, Material reconciliation, Variation claim and analysis, rate analysis for various real estate projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with various departments to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in billing and quantity surveying in the real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Experience with ERP. Farvision Preferable.
- Familiarity with construction QS.
