• Due- Diligence, Documentation and Litigation:

o Successfully undertake title due diligence with an outcome-based approach and

hence begin with a go or no-go judgement based on preliminary evaluation and

subsequently deep dive into getting a comprehensive due diligence done.

o Setting up a proper work flow and SOP for title diligence covering all matters

including legal, technical and revenue.

o Thorough understanding of the title and monitoring risk matrix.

o Negotiating, preparing and finalizing Agreement for Sale, Development

Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Lease deeds, leave and license agreements,

Contract Agreements, Addendum, Supplemental Agreement, Amendment

Agreement and other documents viz. NDA, Commercial Agreements, Term Sheet,

Letter of Intent etc. including other ancillary agreements required for new and

ongoing projects of the company.

o Handling customer queries and providing support to CRM, Sales and marketing

departments from time to time to resolve customer queries, agreements,

communications, marketing materials, brochures, advertising campaigns, etc.

o Resolving the queries of the RERA officials and getting the project registered

successfully under RERA by assisting RERA team.
