The Corpay Product Support role involves being part of a dynamic, fast paced FinTech company with a focus on our award-winning payments platform, Corpay LINK. Offering settlement options in over 160 currencies, Corpay LINK connects our clients to the global marketplace. Working within the Corpay Cross-Border Support team, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of LINK Support and will provide a solutions-oriented service while building strong client relationships.


Whilst the Corpay Cross-Border Support team assists clients globally, this role directly helps to support the accelerated expansion of digital clients within the NA region.


Job Duties:

  • Be knowledgeable with Corpay’s customer facing applications in order to utilize your expertise as the first point of contact for client issues.
  • Resolve product or service problems by analyzing a customer's support request; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Utilize the required tools to diagnose, replicate and resolve a client’s application issue. This includes supporting Corpay’s File Upload and REST API product offerings.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right supporting methods/tools.
  • Utilize SQL to run scripts for client configuration.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Suggest solutions and workarounds to help solve customer problems.
  • Hours of operation – Expected Working Hours

Start: 4:30 PM - 08:30 PM IST (WFO)

Break: 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM IST

Resume Work: 10:00 PM - 01:30 AM IST (WFH)


Requirements:

  • IT proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Completed post-secondary education in relevant field.
  • The following would be considered an asset:
  • Experience in the financial/banking/payments industry
  • SQL, Excel, Data Management – experiences, education, certificates
  • API knowledge + experience
