Role: Senior Growth Marketer Location: Jaipur Work Type: On-Site Required Skills & Qualification: 3+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 1 year in the crypto industry being a strong plus. Hands-on experience with performance marketing, advertising analytics, and reporting. Experience within an in-house tech company, preferably in a startup environment or a digital marketing agency working with brands in financial services or fintech. Strong ability to craft persuasive and conversion-oriented ad copy for various digital media channels, including web, email, social media, online communities, short-form video, display, and more. Experience in analyzing customer data and product usage patterns to identify growth opportunities. Utilize metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral stages to in form marketing decisions. Expertise in paid campaign management, including owning and optimizing marketing funnels, enhancing landing pages, maximizing conversion rates, and revenue potential. Acquisition expertise with strong knowledge and experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, and partner marketing. Robust project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional and remote global team environment. Comfortable synthesizing diverse data and insights into a clear growth plan. Open to experimentation and testing new campaign ideas. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration internally and externally with stakeholders like partners and clients. Great attention to detail and a commitment to executing tasks with a polished finish. Nice to Have-Proficient with Marketing automation tools, Figma, Notion, Pardot, Beepro. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the latest industry developments and trends. Lead and execute our customer acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on constructing and managing marketing funnels through targeted paid media, affiliate marketing, SEM, and other channels. Manage the platform marketing lifecycle for various market segments, collaborating with Product Marketing to drive increased product adoption. Develop a demand generation strategy employing content marketing, organic growth strategies, partner marketing, and paid acquisition. Plan and coordinate diverse performance marketing campaigns, including product marketing initiatives, direct response ads, and remarketing across paid search, social, and targeted display networks. Work closely with external performance media buying agencies and/or contractors. Generate regular monthly and quarterly performance reports, leveraging marketing attribution and measurement platforms to showcase our growth and marketing effectiveness. Build new marketing levers from the ground up, swiftly operationalizing top-performing strategies into sustainable programs. Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for optimization. Promote and represent Company in a positive manner. Identify and collaborate with potential partners and influencers in the industry. Test, experiment, identify, and diversify the channel mix to maximize return on investment. Determine channel market fit. Uphold company’s values and mission in all interactions with the community and beyond.
