You will be joining an industry leader in the commercial insurance and reinsurance marketplace with aggressive plans, which build on our existing industry leading software capabilities.

 

Role brief


We are looking for an individual to join our busy marketing team. You’ll be based in India but will be hands on supporting the marketing team in the UK on a daily basis. Ideally you’ll have 2 - 3 years experience and a solid grasp of the English language.


This role is office based and salary is dependent upon experience.


Responsibilities


  • Provide programme management across the whole marketing function
  • Oversee activities such as the following to ensure that all activities are completed and rolled out in a timely manner:
  • Events: event diary/schedule, ensuring that all deadlines are actioned/met and logistics actioned
  • Award submissions: collate material from different team members for awards submissions, maintain awards calendar and ensure submission deadlines met
  • Content creation: work with team members gathering the elements needed to produce material such as ads, reports, flyers, videos, brochures
  • Raise purchase requisitions for PO generation against agreed marketing activity and liaise with accounts payable to ensure invoices paid on time,
  • Provide marketing ops support such as record cleansing/de-deduping/ updating/accuracy and owning email sends via marketing automation tool, Marketo
  • Support with social media activity:
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather all material needed such as images, copy and relevant urls
  • Post to AdvantageGo social media

 

Requirements & skills


Required:

  • A good command of both speaking and writing English.
  • Excellent reporting and coordination skills using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Social media handling and reporting, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Experience in managing external events (exposure to international events would be an advantage)

 

Desired skills:

  • Prior working exposure to CRMs such as Marketo, Hubspot or Pardot
  • Purchase order and requisition management.
  • Maintaining and driving marketing content calendar

 

Qualifications:


  • Graduate in any discipline, preferably English (Hon.) graduate with relevant Marketing experience.
